A special 2-hour technique workshop with Jocelyne will be different from a typical Bellydance class!
- This mini-workshop will cover elements of:
- posture and body positioning,
- exercises to improve range of motion and body control,
- weight placement and transfer,
- spatial awareness games,
- … and other movement technique essentials with individual corrections that can help make your dancing look polished, effortless, and sublime!
