Saturday: Drum Solo Secrets – Technique and Choreography Intensive
Are you ready to conquer the stage? Join Siobhan Camille in this one day intensive dedicated to the secrets of the drum solo!
We’ll begin by focusing on strong, foundational technique, and progress to learning and drilling advanced technique and layering skills. Along the way, Siobhan will share some of her performance and stage presence tips and tricks to help you make any performance powerful.
To put everything into practice, you’ll then learn a brand new, original tabla solo choreography. By the end of this intensive, you’ll have something totally unique to present at your next performance opportunity!

Sunday: Isolations & Shimmies
Shimmy Marathon – Technique
Get ready – it’s time for a shimmy marathon! Explore multiple different styles of shimmies, drills and strengthening exercises to level up your technique, and learn about how to modify shimmy technique for your body. Let’s shake it!
Isolation Exploration – Technique & Combinations
Siobhan Camille is known for her strong isolations, and she’s ready to share all her secrets with you! In this workshop, you’ll learn how to access and isolate muscles around the hips and torso to create both soft, fluid movements, and stunning sharp hits and locks, and take home drills and drillable combinations to continue practising at home.

Siobhan Camille is a multi-award-winning Raqs Sharqi artist and the founder of Greenstone Dance Arts. Siobhan Camille is a multi-award winning raqs sharqi artist, and the founder of Greenstone Dance Arts. Her love of music is equaled only by her love of movement, making dance her perfect match. Known for her precise technique, expressive musicality, and vibrant stage presence, her joyful movement and 1000-watt smile have captivated audiences across the globe.
Notably, she has been a featured Master Instructor for Aziza’s Year of You Mentorship program for six years running, been a guest Instructor for The Bellydance Bundle in its last three editions, and been invited to perform and teach at festivals and shows on three continents.
With an extensive background in exercise science, Siobhan brings a unique and highly informed approach to dance training, emphasizing strong technique and movement optimism, which she loves to share with her students.
