This ensures clarity and professionalism for both the client and the performer. The contract includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Event details<\/strong>: type of event, date, time, venue, and any special requests (music, style, props, costume preferences, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fees and payment schedule<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deposit due at the time of booking, and terms of balance payment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performer requirements<\/strong>: a safe, clean, unobstructed dance space; access to sound system (Bluetooth or AUX); and a secure private changing area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Timing<\/strong>: the performer arrives 10 minutes before start time, ready to perform. Delays beyond a 30-minute grace period will incur additional waiting fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellations<\/strong>: at least 48 hours\u2019 notice is required. Deposits are non-refundable.
